Terms of Service
Last updated October 9, 2026
1. Acceptance
By submitting an intake request, signing a proposal, or using a site we've built for you, you agree to these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a practice, you confirm you're authorized to do so.
2. The service
Drempel designs and builds a website and a trained AI receptionist ("Ava") for your practice, delivered under one of our published tiers — Launch, Growth, or Complete. Each tier's inclusions are described on our pricing page at the time of your order.
3. Fixed-price engagements
Every build is quoted as a fixed price, agreed before work begins. Delivery timelines (typically 7–10 business days) begin once we have the content and access needed to start.
4. Revisions
Each tier includes a set number of revision rounds, specified on the pricing page. Additional rounds or structural changes beyond what's included are quoted separately before any work begins.
5. Hosting and Ava upkeep
Hosting and Ava's ongoing training are included for the period stated in your tier, then billed monthly at the rate quoted at signup — at cost plus a small margin, never bundled into surprise fees. You may cancel ongoing hosting at any time; we'll provide an export of your site files on request.
6. Payment
Builds are invoiced per the schedule in your proposal, typically a deposit to begin and a balance on delivery. Ongoing hosting and upkeep are billed monthly in advance.
7. Intellectual property
Once paid in full, you own the final site design and content created for you. Drempel retains the right to showcase the work in our own portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Acceptable use
Ava is trained to represent your practice accurately. You agree not to direct Ava to make medical, legal, or financial claims beyond what you've approved, or to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
Drempel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of your site or Ava. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may end an ongoing hosting agreement with 30 days' notice. Fixed-price build engagements already in progress are billed for work completed to date if cancelled early.
